Who processes data

What data

Only what you enter in a request: name, phone, notes and selected beanies. For spam protection an irreversible hash of your IP address is stored — never the address itself.

Why

To contact you about your request and agree on payment and delivery. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No newsletters or ads.

Who receives it

The request is stored in the site database and sent to the owner as a Telegram notification. Data is never sold or shared for marketing.

How long

Completed and cancelled requests are deleted automatically after 24 months. You can ask for earlier deletion.

Cookies & storage

No advertising cookies. Your browser stores your language (cookie), your cart, your cookie choice and the site or campaign link you came from (30 days). The visit source is attached to your request.

Statistics

Visits and page speed are measured anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no stored IP addresses.

Google Analytics

Only if you click “Allow”: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) sets _ga cookies for up to 2 years and collects pseudonymous visit data — pages, device, approximate location. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Advertising and personalisation are off. You can withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button below.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
